German Language Trainer

To accelerate our expansion and advance our team's global communication skills, we are looking for a strategic German Language Trainer.

Role & responsibilities :

  • Deliver German language training (C1/C2)) through online, offline, hybrid, fast-track, and regular learning formats.

  • Plan and conduct interactive, learner-centric sessions using modern teaching methodologies, digital tools, and activity-based learning approaches.

  • Assess learner progress through tests, assignments, simulations, and evaluations, and provide timely feedback for continuous improvement.

  • Develop and maintain lesson plans, training materials, assessments, and learning resources aligned with CEFR standards.

  • Prepare candidates for international German language examinations, including SD, Goethe, and Telc.

Requirements

  • Qualifications: C1/C2 proficiency level (Goethe-Zertifikat or equivalent framework preferred).

  • Experience: Proven track record of training professionals with measurable success in lifting exam pass rates.

  • Skillset: Mastery of both online and offline interactive training methodologies, with a deep understanding of CEFR standards.
